Oreo-na Grande Millionaires (ready now)

A millionaires shortbread...but without the caramel. A bottom layer of buttery homemade shortbread, a thick middle layer of cookies and cream spread covering a whole layer of oreos, then topped with the 3rd layer of white chocolate and Dairy Milk oreo pieces.
