Cherry-ish The Moment Blondie Roll (ready now)

An almond infused blondie, spread with raspberry jam and white chocolate spread, then rolled up swiss roll style, coated in white chocolate and topped with a glace cherry.

This bake is almond infused, I have meticulously checked the ingredients on the almond flavouring and it doesn't contain actual almonds.
