Allergen information
We aim to avoid cross contamination and we are very careful. Some of the steps we take to avoid this is 2 separate fridge freezers, one for our general household use and one purely for business purposes, we use food labels, separate containers for all different items, colour coded chopping boards, a designated baking cupboard for all baking supplies and utensils. However we are still a domestic kitchen and as part of family meal time we do cook with all allergens. Kitchen clean down is completed after any family cooking has taken place prior to baking.
